“The Court acquitted her on two grounds:
“1. The evidence – firearm and hand grenade – are fruits of a poisonous tree, therefore inadmissible. The search was in violation of her rights against unreasonable searches and seizures. The searching team conducted the search without any witness and without the presence of the barangay officials. They ordered the occupants of the house to go out while they conducted the search.
“2. Amanda had no actual or constructive possession of the firearm and the explosive. Witnesses testified that she was holding her son while the searching team conducted the search.
